Ok, I am introducing an elite systen to Hybrid, this basicallys means two members (King7kai and DanLee93) will become elites.

This gives them testing power, and the power to host clan tourneys and use the Hybrid bank for prizes they do have to ask my permission first though. They also have to watch out for any rule breaking going on and report it to myself or Fireless.

Right now its only two members, King has been with Hybrid for a while and is trusted.

I know DanLee pretty well and trust him.

I will maybe take more on when we get bigger, we will see.
