First of all: Nobody reacted on the fact that he didn't get what infractions mean. No good sign. Go check out his application 2 pages back. Also read my post on it. No one seemed to do that.

EDIT: Oh and ye, I know I am not very active ingame xD but still, it's mostly my PC's fault, sent it in now, so they can repair it during my vacation^^
