Gangsta, I'm really trying to become as awesome as those two. I want to help the clan a lot, and I think I could help a lot. I would make recruitment servers but well... I'm a trial member member so. I want to contribute to the clan as much as you guys and I really hope I'm able to.

You see, that was the same spirit I had when I joined this clan. There wasn't much activity here so I tried my hardest to get this clan back the way it was. It helped for the long run until people got to get bored of it. So we are back in track for now.

Is it necessarily bad to have that spirit? Not sure if this clan is inactive or not but I'm trying to be as active as I can and once I get passed trial member make this clan even more active.

You don't have to worry Calum, we all see your spirit in this clan. Make the best of it! Don't take it like your doing it wrong. This clan is starting to become active again and sooner or later, amazing things will happen in the future.

Question: Do you have to be a recruiter to make recruitment servers? Because, when I become fresh man I want to create a recruitment server but not sure if I'm allowed to create them as freshman. I don't plan to test the people I plan to send them to the forum of were to apply (Recruitment center)

Well, To do that. You must start off as freshman and wait a couple of weeks to rank up as member. Or, you must contact Zeus.

But to PM him, you must:
send a freeform application to him, including timezone, why do you want to become a Recruiter and average ingame activity. It's required maturity and patience:

And you must answer people's questions about recruiting (doesn't matter how obvious/dumb that question is.) You also have to understand how an applicant is from his application and give him an appropriate vote. Don't underestimate this job, requires a certain amount of skills .

So to basely answer your question, Yes you need to be a recruiter

Another question: You said "or" contact Zeus. So that means I don't have to wait through the freshman period, I can just start recruiting if I apply for it and get accepted? By the way, I don't underestimate this job at all, I think it's actually one of the important ones.
