Leader/Second in command/Co-leader is something we still need to discuss, but we'll decide that soon. Math's proposition is fine.
Leader = King
Second in command = Queen(lolgay)
Co-Leader = Rook
The rest would be divided in bishops for experienced/skilled members
Horses for old but not as skilled members
Pawns for recently recruited people.

I say we should move all old non-stickied threads from [one] to this forum, and keep the stickies simple -- info center, recruitment, chat, art, etc. For this we keep the thread from one forum and delete the one that was used in the other.

The current form is fine IMO, but as previously said by Math and also said in the recruitment thread, applicants can choose between free form or fixed form. At least I would give more value to free form applications, but that's just me.

Finally, we need someone to set up an IRC channel. Since I don't know how to do it, either you or Math should do it. =)
