You can use the one on this site - it's achieveable by pressing "Help" on the top, and clicking "Join a chat" at left. But this way sucks really hard.

I'd have adviced you to download a client and connect to Toribash's server directly from it, without opening a browser. It has thousands of other special functions, and much more comfortable.

I'm normally always in the IRC channel unless I'm completely busy.

Well, I don't have my client atm, while using the one built into this site is completely uncomfortable.
