If you guys agree, I'll start to demote by "not warned unactivitie". That means, if you get unactive and didn't warned us, you'll be demoted. One rank per one week of "not warned unactivitie". And if there's no rank to the unactive person be demoted, he'll be kicked. But only if you guys agree. So, what you say?
