Hay its what the education system taught us to do. No I am not talking about grammar and punctuation, cause there is very little of that taught. I am just doing a mild rant about how everyone is leaving everything to the last minute and doing the bare minimum to pass.

Its natural and more efficient to communicate using minimal language.
