Looks nice, although it needs some small fixes. For one, you need to erase the white line under where the eyes are supposed to end ( under the black line) the mouth needs to be a bit lower imo, so try to remake the mouth lower. Also, why are the eyebrows casting a shadow? You are making them look like they are hovering over the area where they are supposed to be. Finally, add in a nose.
Take that into consideration and you've got a nice headtexture
Also, good luck with what you're doing to make it a bit unique. I'd help but I can't seem to come up with anything.

I would suggest a small difference in eyes so they arent mirrored.
about placement, I like it, you have flexibility with it

Yea I've already started to adjust the mouths height, also don't feel afraid to tell me to move things, I have every single part separated into different layers so I can move them around at will and edit them with ease, the eyes themselves are like 5 layers each for ease of editing.
