HOW DO YOU PUT MODS ON TORIBASH 3.1?

I don't know if this has been asked, but how do you move the entire tori and uke, lets say up?
Like, how would you make tori go on one building and uke on a lower building?

um i cannt use mods that i download how do u do that

does the end of the mods names .php? if so, do not use a download manager.
If it's .tbm, go to .../Toribash-3.2/data/mods and paste or move it there.

go into toribash, in the menu click setup>mods, then u can click a mod to load it.
