Looking for a high "definition" game, a RPG to be exactly like Aion, Silkroad, and that sutff for free and nice, not to hard to get levels too, if you guys have please help me

Or could be a car game, like need for speed, or Drift City, I know its too specific games, but...if you have please say to me.

1. Has to have evolving life! (like a cube that turns into a bigger cube with deformalities)
2. Has to be free or cheap under £15
3. Has to be for PC im looking for a simlualator rather than a game.
4. Has to 3D

And if any of you like and want what I said above but are ok with the techy stuff look up framsticks.
