You dont get perma banned for giving your password and not having your account stolen. That beats the purpose

Because that beats the point. If he dips something with a qi requirement he couldnt send it to his clients.
For example if he dips a demon force only he can use it so thats why he has to be on our accounts. If we dip something rare we get it :P
