where you downloaded toribash. if you have a PC it was most likely CProgram Files\Toribash3.1\data\mod

i usually just create a new .txt document, type the mod in, then change the name from mod.txt to mod.tbm, which works...

is there a thing as default mod, with all positions and sizes and stuff?
