oh pokemon games... used to have 6 moltres on my emerald, 4 rayquazas, 2 blastoises and some others.. i also had a togetic on my firered. i hate the fact that i never found any golden pokemons in my entire ~1000 hour experience

yes. moltres is from firered and rayquaza is from emerald. even though there's a cheat on emerald to clone your pokemons ;)
