Usually all the Yasuo players are kill and trading hungry(I know, because that's exactly what I do myself) when all you have to do is just farm up to two items and then you can pretty much win any 1v1 if you're good enough.

Yasuo is kind of broken right now and will probably get nerfed soon.

Yasuo rewards aggressive play styles so if you know that, you can camp him for easy kills. Good Yasuos know when to play aggressive and passive. Mid game just do w/e tbh.
