"Watch your town boy im authorized to kill." the soldier says chuckling to his friends.

Lynton
Not phased by the hollow threat, Roy changes his mood from enjoyment to challenging.
"I'm no boy. You couldn't even pull the hay out of a scare crow without the help of your little party back there."
Roy says, followed briefly by Toya saying
"I think we should go, Roy"

Lynton

"Oh really? Boy. You think your big? Prove it" he says as he shoves Roy to the ground.

Lynton
Toya rushes to his side, helping him up, and brushing off dirt from his shirt.
She says
"Roy, stop this!"
He looks to her, seeing true concern in her pretty face.
Realizing that he's probably already killed a man, and that he's with Toya.

He stands up, knowing that he must be the better man, turns to Toya and says
"Let's go, we shouldn't let these fools ruin the day"
She nods, and they turn to walk away.

Lynton

"Thats right, Walk away, I can't tell which one of you is the bitch in that relationship now." the soldier laughs and turns to his friends who look at him with disapproving eyes.

Lynton
Roy is stopped in his tracks. Everything else around his is dead to him, right now, its only him and the arrogant soldier.
He turns around, with proverbial fire in his eyes, and his fists clenched.
Roy struts toward the soldier, and stops right in front of him.
"Look at yourself, you bastard. Coming through this town, and doing nothing to mock everyone who comes past you. Pathetic!"

As Roy says those words he notices a soldier come up behind the Arrogant Soldier.

CRACK

The arrogant soldier drops and the one who hit him signals for a couple others to grab him.

"Sorry about that. He will be demoted and spend a month cleaning the toliets. We do not tolerate stuff like this but i only just got here for the last remark he made. Here" he hands Roy some money "Have some food on me, Oh and my name is Caed. If you have any more issues just call my name and I will sort things out."

He turns to walk after the men dragging the unconscious soldier.

Lynton
Roy's heart stops racing, and he comes to his senses.
"Thank you Caed, I appreciate it dearly."
He pockets the money, and returns to Toya.

She is shaken up by the encounter. She is speechless, and her beige skin turned pale.

Roy puts his arm around her and says
"It's ok Toya, you have nothing to worry about. Now, lets go."

She is reassured by Roy's words, but nonetheless, terribly disturbed.

Roy looks to Caed again.
"Once again, thanks, I don't know what I would've done if you hadn't come along."

Toya also says
"Thank you as well, sir."

Lynton

"Who knows" He smiles and Roy notices his eyes. A pale grey.

Lynton
Roy remembers that the girl had grey eyes as well.

"Your uh, this may sound weird but"

Roy pauses, contemplating on whether he should actually ask

"Your eyes, they are grey. I don't know many people with grey eyes, except well.... "
I'm losing my mind!
