I have a few outside sources who enlighten me about our applicant,all of which I find reliable. Beta being one of them. These are essential to get an outsiders perspective,which is important - especially when we do not know the applicant that well,or in fact at all.

The fact that you spoke your mind and took it up with him I respect. I'm just trying to help you understand why I find it acceptable. This does not mean anyone else can include themselves.I myself get annoyed with certain/unknown people including themselves in our matters. Beta on the other hand,I trust.

For example,I own demon and elf at 10th dan - however,I worked my ass off to get it. Back in the day having a 8th dan+ belt ment you were really good,however these days with the ability to buy qi and rediculous custom mods it has ruined that. Back when there was no ability to just create your own server,there were permanent servers with only classic mods like aikido,tk etc.

So I understand and agree on Trips statement.
