Laziness prevails, and so, here is another list, of Greek and Latin roots used in English. Exceedingly useful when you do not have quick access to the internet, and come across an unfamiliar (often technical) word.
^ jesus christ! no no no! Fill out an app.. Just because someone maybe said for you to join does not mean put no effort in doing so. You left a bad impression on me already. Do something magnificent if you choose to try again..

May "told" you to "ask" us to join? Hmm. While I do believe you, you kinda literally just told us to let you in without you actually adhering to our clan's application-related due process.

While you didn't really leave a bad impression on me, I still do agree with Tribal. In order for you to atone for that little mistake of yours, I highly suggest that put much effort into your app, so that you can really wow us. At the end of the day, following us (or at least, me and Tribal) would not only be in your best interest, but it would also serve as a show of your reliability and trustworthiness, wouldn't it?

2. You are in a situation, where you could save your gf/bf/closest friend, or the most important person you know in your life. Only one can be saved. Which one?

ALERT! Timee's interest has been piqued! Prepare for copious amounts of ... answers?

1.) Either:
[a] A world filled with PANCAKES.
[b] A world filled with CHESKA.
[c] A world filled with CHESKA PANCAKES.
[d] A world wherein I have the ability to gleefully play with history and events. Being able to omnipotently dictate the flow of life in general has always been a dream of mine.

2.) Not a problem. They're the same person, after all. Since nobody said anything about the second most important person in one's life being in any form of danger, I guess I don't have to worry about Mom. Following the logic, all important persons in one's life other than the first on the list are safe. I don't have to worry at all then.

Wait...May is still active? What's he doing at that boot camp of his?
All it takes is one bad day to reduce the sanest man alive to lunacy. That’'s how far the world is from where I am. Just one bad day.
May's back? YEEEEEESSSS! *happy dance*

New short story is up on my blog. Actually, might as well make it triply redundant and link directly to it. This is sort of a first draft, but I think that it'll serve alright.

Most people know me as kind of a joker, but I have a serious side or six. I think it's hard to take a game where you can knock peoples' heads off and have them still tear off your limbs and beat you about the groin with them before a fractured knee voips through your elbows and smacks into the ground outside of the dojo seriously, but that doesn't mean I'm not a serious person underneath the thin veneer of total idiot.

With that in mind, I have a blog that I'm shamelessly advertising. It has all of my writing on it. Well, not ALL of it, but the vast majority of it can be found there.

I don't think I'm the best writer around. The vast majority of my works seem to have romance play out as a natural part of the plot (as opposed to say, Harlequin romance novels, wherein it is the single part of the plot). I guess if you want you can close your eyes for any mushy bits.

Go have a gander if that's your thing. Looking for the latest story? Well that can be found two places:

http://samoliver.wordpress.com/other-stories/

http://samoliver.wordpress.com/2013/...-the-farlands/

- Poem-styled short story about a beast and a nymph.

Personally recommended (more so than the others):

http://samoliver.wordpress.com/2013/...1-red-ribbons/

- Darkish fantasy with extreme elements of action and loss.

http://samoliver.wordpress.com/2012/...ver-and-steel/

- Feyfolk fantasy with elements of romance, othergenderedness and elvish treachery.

http://samoliver.wordpress.com/2013/...enge-6-shadow/

- Modern-like fantasy with elements of romance, heavy suspense, sorcery and escape.

Also do take a gander at some of the poems I have up, if that's more your style. The stories can be lengthy, and it might be that they're a little too long for your taste.

Whatever you find that fits your fancy, enjoy!
I'm an oldstyle peacekeeper in an age without them. I'm a fluid-gendered romantic with an eye for good writing. I'm a studier of martial disciplines of many kinds, and a bit of a geek when it comes to fiction.

I love to play games and I love learning new things, so in that sense I suppose I'm a people person. I pride myself on my ability to get along with just about anyone, so long as I've been fed in recent memory, but as they say- pride cometh before the fall. I'm certain someone I can't stand will show up eventually.

In my spare time I'm probably writing up posts for my blog of poetry and stories: http://samoliver.wordpress.com

It's not so much the method of communication, as it is the people that are communicating. The Skype chat isn't constantly moving either.

I'm almost tempted to run an experiment of sorts, for increasing forum activity, but I fear the possible result.
