-Maybe each team has to put in 1000 tc into a pool for each member of their team.

For example: Team yellow has three people so that would be 3000 tc into the pot.

Then once all the money is in the pot, we go through a series of challenges in singleplayer and multiplayer.

Maybe we can split the total amount of money in the pot in half and run a tournament for multiplayer and set some challenges to complete in singleplayer. Cuz if we do that then there is a chance of two teams winning instead of one, so that people don't get butthurt.

The winning teams will split the winnings equally among all members of the team, which will deter people from making large teams such as Red Team in it's current state, because the more people on the team there is, the less profit each member gets.
