It's a perfectly fine idea if he has the runes and masteries and he puts more effort into thinking about which lane to gank and where the enemy jungler may be.

Then he doesn't need the best mechanics, just decision making skills which alone can get you to Gold

I think just being good at any one of the things we said could practically get you out of Bronze.

And people that have never been in Bronze shouldn't give advice on how to getting out of a situation they've never been in either.
