I really don't suggest playing challenging champions in low elo. Even if you think you are "good" at them you probably don't have a very good grasp of how they should be played and you're only hindering yourself because you have to focus on challenging mechanics/combos while also trying to work on bad game sense. One or the other is gonna falter and you will have a harder time climbing.

I'm not really focused on climbing though. Not enough people are focused in Normals so improving there isn't nearly as fast as improving in Ranked. I don't really mind if I sink back to Bronze. I've done it once so I know I can do it twice and I have the patience of a fucking rock.
