In the files, they reference the popup picture as Deadeye Zed. There are also lines where it says DeadEye Garen and Deadeye Sona. Might be new set of skins.

I've worked as a loriste in the french LoL community, finding out theories and stuff.

Here are my tough about this.

I think riot is introducing us to a new champion, called "Jihn", probably a Ninja or a Samurai.

Can anyone remember the Project Yi Overdrive video ? Remember the end where Yi fight a samurai in is flashback ? This samurai got red eyes, also yi, catch one of the red flower (forgive me , i dont know how to call these in english).
Then here, zed icons is animated with all the red flowers, same in the tiny video we can see on the champion page.

So maybe a samurai as a new champions, and this is all linked to yasuo / the elder, after all Yasuo village is the only one were samurai are formed.

I feel like riot is eitheir creating a huge plot, or either setuping an amazing rework for shen o/
