I just had 5 shots ._. and that didn't reall do nothing, I was in at a girl's house, I passed the night there, then at 10:00 am I needed to leave so Iwas going up the stairs looking down for no reason at all and the maid had the window which was always closed opene'd, and it isn't a small window, it's on of those big steel'd corners ones, and I bumped my head, I felt no pain and I don't feel anything right now, actually the first 2 mins after the bump I had my hand on my head thinking I was just going to have a blue part etc but my hand was full of blood, the injury isn't deep but there's the fact that the injury is shaped like mercedes's logo so I needed 20 stitches etc

20 stitches is quite a few. I don't see how you could have gotten such a large cut from simply bumping your head on a window frame. Unless the frame had a fucking razor edge or something.

oh i totally got this wrong, since you said you had like a mercedes logo on your head this is what i thought happend.

you were over at a girls house, lets say "spooning", you saw a window and jumped out of it and landed on their overpriced awesome car, somehow falling on the very front of it where the logo is.
