Not really. You can only get different colors for blood.

Like i said, there are only two ways of modifying your character - buy colors from torishop and make textures.

aerox21, there is no tool for it.. Just use a pen or a brush tool to draw eyes that are human shaped and color them the way you want.

Another way is to take a picture of a human, cut out the eyes and blend it in with the texture.
