You don't need to rely on chance to get the Eevee evolution that you want. Change the name of your Eevee to:

• Rainer if you want a Vaporeon.
• Sparky if you want a Jolteon.
• Pyro if you want a Flareon.

The insinuation someone this high level doesn't know that is pretty funny. That trick only works once. You can't get infinite Vaporeons from naming the Eevee Rainer.

I cant seem to find a large number of eevees in my area....i mean ive found only 3 so far and im lvl 11

I live in the middle of no where. I have to walk about 3 miles to get to a road that has 2 Pokemon and then walk back

while i was on vacation i thought id find a shit ton of stuff.
didnt know that more pokemon spawn in populated areas.

downtown Chicago it's like 5 pokestops every block, and lots of good pokemon
