I surely would make a clan pic for you guys.
I used GIMP to do this.

1) Found the photo I would use.
2) Took snapshots of people
3) Pasted the snapshots in.
4) Used the Perspective tool to shape it in.
5) Used a few filters and color adjustments to finish it off.

It's really simple, but a little time consuming.
