There's no guarantee that anything will ever rise to the same level as humans. Given the same amount of time nothing has, and nothing is really close at all. The Earth would probably revert to the way it was before, with dominant species being fairly localised.

I'd say it would take another 200,000 years for another species to develop the way humans have. One would also have to consider the changes in ecosystem and the re-shuffling of Earth's processes. So, the animal to survive all that for 202,000 years would be the next candidate. I'd say the earth would sort itself of human damage very quickly in about 2,000 years is my estimate. It would probably be a reptile or amphibian animal that takes the lead.
