there are cash shop items in seria's shop, there is literally no way they are not going to wipe :O

Thats not exactly true. BecaUSE When maplestory came out in alpha stage it had cash items for Mesos and never did a wipe.

So are they going to do a character wipe, or just wipe everyones items?

As far as I know right now they have not stated either.
