Mozzarella and swiss cheese (put on the bread while still hot)
Hashbrowns (place on top of the meats)
Lettuce
Canadian Bacon
salami (2 slices)
Roast Beef (2 slices)
Ham (2 slices)

Drizzle toasted bread once it comes out of the oven with maple syrup

What's wrong with mozzaella? It would fit in nicely, in my opinion. As for the banana pepper I don't know a good enough substitute (yet).

Just keeping a few options open in case the mozzarella in the market is too expensive. I'm gonna buy in bulk and it might burn a hole through my wallet. I'm from southeast asia, Mozzarella really isn't big here and most of the cheese varieties are imported from other countries so most of the stuff that gets here are a bit costly. I'm trying to keep the price range of the sandwiches we make at around $3 because we're beside a university and students are cheap fuckers.

A quarter of a kilogram of mozzarella here is around $6 to $7
Swiss, jack and Cheddar is a bit cheaper
Edam, Cream and American is the cheapest.

I get your point. As for the other cheese variants I only know American and Swiss and they both don't fit with the rest, in my opinion.

Okay so you get this baguette
slice it in the mid section just like *hotdog sandwich buns*

you put something sweet and gooey

sweet and gooey stuff like:
peanut butter
jelly

then there you put sexy shit in it like:
turkey
bacon

then after stuffing those "sexy shit" you put green shit

green shit:
chopped lettuce
cucumbers

then you put onions chopped onions :3

then you put "the red stuff"

red stuff:
tomato

and then you put something kinda sexy like cheese

cheeses:

10 slices of blue cheese
10 slices of american cheese

then you add chili

chili like:
ghost chili (just 1 would do)

a lil cheddar to make it all bedder

put melted cheese (any cheese would do)

then viola its mah sexy sandwich
