Just keeping a few options open in case the mozzarella in the market is too expensive. I'm gonna buy in bulk and it might burn a hole through my wallet. I'm from southeast asia, Mozzarella really isn't big here and most of the cheese varieties are imported from other countries so most of the stuff that gets here are a bit costly. I'm trying to keep the price range of the sandwiches we make at around $3 because we're beside a university and students are cheap fuckers.
A quarter of a kilogram of mozzarella here is around $6 to $7
Swiss, jack and Cheddar is a bit cheaper
Edam, Cream and American is the cheapest.
