Debit cards aren't credit cards, it can take up to 2 days for the money to transfer from them IIRC.
I use a debit card. TP isn't really any different than regular. If you buy TP get VIP aswell. You get alot more and it's $7 every six months.
I think you can contact hampa directly about alternate payment methods. That, or e-mailing support(at)toribash(dot)com.
