but it is possible to do if someone wanted to, but they don't.
Actually people want it, but they can't afford it.
Of course there is some people who can afford 1 qi transfer but it is such a waste of tc and transferring 1 qi wouldn't help you in any way so people won't do it.
Such a clever way of preventing people from doing something, which brings out one question, has the new qi transfer system ever get used?
