Try left handed dumbbell clean and jerk while only on right leg
or right handed and left leg only.

Holding a weight out in front of you is difficult, but also takes longer. I assume by "hardest" you mean to include per duration of time.

Hardest core workout...
Strap weights onto you're legs then lift 6 in. off the ground. Requires little effort but it is hard as f*************************************** :o
I hate living in Texas -_-
When you say 160 bench press. I assume you don't mean in kgs?
If so, that's amazing.

Do 50 pushups with a 370 pound kid sitting on you.

I could only do 27 :P
the inner machinations of my mind are an enigma
2 Finger pushups. Nothing like putting your whole body weight + extra in a school-bag on your back all onto 2 fingers.

I haven't attempted this as of yet because I am only 14 and my body is still growing, but after I perfect the one-arm pushup then I guess I'll try this as well. (Without the weights at first)
Dose is dead.

Roughly 112 kg deadlift, 70 kg bench press, and 55 kg overhead lift

Also I agree with the dumbbell thing, I can bench 150 with a barbell but when I tried two 50s with dumbbells I couldnt do it, it was weird, but I was like w/e.

And the shoulder thing explains the whole holding a weight directly in front of you, because after I did it my shoulders wanted to cry.

It's more about technique with the dumbbells really. Switch your barbell bench with dumbbells for a while, maybe 2-3 weeks and you'll see what I mean.
