I don't play MiniBash on a daily basis but from what I know there were some guys that put giants as their fighter or some really deformed creatures which their hands (or penis) were instantly stuck in your head so once you click space it cuts off your head in a blink of an eye.
I think Joeseph was one of them.

i made those mods where the arm spawn in your neck for an insta-cap, and then abused the save feature so i saved over 800 or something of a similar move and fucked things up.
