My first account was deleted Due that acc cleanup before few years.
So yes...Accounts can be deleted

You may say they are "useless" but that account is entirely their property and admins won't use their powers on that person's account unless it has hit 3 years of inactivity.

Yes , thats what i mean , 3 years inactivity = useless acc , And , isn't too much acc may cause something bad to the toribash ?

To answer that question, we do not delete accounts. It's simply not done.

If you own both accounts, yeah, you can swap the names. How much you'll get charged might depend on who does it for you.
