Its ok guys, I deleted the folder and it worked. 1.09 GB :s
High quality avatars and signatures 5k each or 7k for bundles.

Well, usually you can go to add/remove programs for other versions. But for some you can delete the entire folder and use a registry cleaner to remove broken shortcuts and other files used by toribash not located in the folder.
