filters>animation>spinning globe. use about 20 frames, may take awhile to load, then when it loads on the round image filters>animation>playback to make sure it works, then close the actual spinning head but leave open the single round head, file>save as> (name).gif then upload it to imgur.com and then when it opens, click on the forum link usually starting with url tags, copy and paste that link to your thread, done. hope this helps.
