Pat's things to work on - Again, flow. It worked in most places but some parts look pretty rushed (frame 430 of your splitcap for example, the sudden arm movements). Also, make sure your poses aren't just tacked on to the end. Don't just hold all at the end, experiment with leaving joints contracted, extended or even relaxed.
