Exactly what I do.

Yet I still repeat my mistake D;

Here is how I used to sleep:
8am to 3pm

I fixed it like this;
1) I pulled an all-nighter, and watched the sun rise (the sun rise resets your body clock, makes you think that you just slept)
2) The next day I went to sleep at about 11pm, and woke up at 7am. No problems

Simple as that bro!

The hard part is peeling yourself away from your pc/xbox/ps/tv. The best thing to do is put on alarm(s) on your clock(s). That way you will have your concentration broken, and you will find it way easier to get off and go to sleep.
And ofcourse put alarms on when you need to wake up.

Try this and you should be good!

Actually, a lot of games and stuffs makes u can't sleep..
My advice: try to avoid looking at stuffs such as (computers, TV, games, etc) if its not really needed
Also, the more u think, the more u can't sleep, don't be stressful
