Wii uses it's own system to manage accounts based on the wii hardware and game installed.

You're unique identifier is a long number. With that number you can create as many accounts as you want. To add your friends to the Wii you need to add their Wii Friend Codes.

So you will be able to create a Playaj username but not transfer any Qi or items from PC.
