Post counts doesn't really show how amazing the person is at the community, but the behaviour and the language is the important one.

Like Joker said posts don't make you awesome it means you talk too much, also Star is a mod so he has to post, but having a good post count can give you a higher chance of getting into clans, Organazations, etc.
FYI: DarkJak, Star, and Missuse(?), all have over 10,000 posts.
