I told them what I was doing and they let me take the half hour off when I needed it. They had an area where students could go when they were sick/hurt and they let have one of the beds there.

Perfectly fine.

Turned 18 and it's difficult to fit partying/clubbing with the sleep schedule.

Without. Caffeine and other stimulants make it quite difficult to sleep when you need to.

I didn't have any, but I assume it wouldn't be good.

Nope. I thought I would but apparently not.

I'm not sure why, but ocassionally (this is after I had adjusted) I would feel tired, but not really. I think the best way to describe it is that I felt that I felt that I should be tired but I actually wasn't. I'm not sure if you'll get the same feeling once you've adjusted because I've haven't heard of anyone else feeling this.

I mean, how did you feel compared to monophasic? Completely the same, no change?

Also perhaps it's a feeling that this guy described http://www.stevepavlina.com/blog/200...yphasic-sleep/ somewhere in his blog, which basically was an urge to sleep like having to use the restroom, if you're busy it's really not a problem but as soon as you're able to use a toilet it kicks up in intensity and you have to sleep right then and there? An analogy of that sort...

I'm surprised your school would let you do that, btw. Your school must be awesome.

Thanks for answering btw

update for anyone that cares: I keep fuckin up at 6 am still, and my phone reverted half my alarms that I set, 12 of them. Reminders for when to go to sleep, and when to wake up. Piece of shit I start to feel tired at my nap times now, and I think I might be sleeping for each one but without dreams it's kind of hard for me to tell.

Dumb people continue to further this supposed miracle sleep schedule.

REM is neither the most needed nor the most important part of sleep, it's only the most researched.

Have fun missing out on the sleep part where you convert stuff to long term memory.

You don't have any evidence that it's detrimental to health. Putting people down for no reason isn't cool. Afaik most of the people that have tried this have had only positive results.

Have fun sleeping for 6-9 hours at a time and missing out on life.

I generally do not sleep at all as I carry rechargeable batteries, which take over for my main battery which recharges while I am running on my alternates. Have fun sleeping for 2-3 hours a day and missing out on life.

I'm the same as you, but I sold my soul to the devil and am now immortal. Have fun with your short, pathetic life.
Meow, I am quite a cat these days.
Even though no one knows me, I know more about them than they know of me.
