That would take rather long time, I suggest using any archiving software such as 7zip or winrar. (Most people has either, and they are free-ware.)

Pack them, then upload the archive to a site like i.e. mediafire.

The user would be able to download the file and extract the files into a folder, easy as that.

I can't because my winrar broke or malfunctioned and i cannot download 7zip.
