i don't think sphinx has anything to do with it, but i think waiting does.

i assume they gave sphinx that description because the real sphinxes are old as hell, and have stood the test of time, and patiently sat through the ages.

its called a free head texture, you paid the amount of cash that amounts to 20k creds for a reg pre-free, so hampa gave a free head to every old schooler, at least i got one =\
