you can't improve this, you are making it randomly, random details in random places.
i prefer that you take an image from google or any character to get the idea first and then start making it, not c/p, but just take inspiration.

I usuallt start with eye, nose and moth, Ears if necessary
Then, once i have some idea on how it will look like i start adding stuff and try to map it to make some sence.
This has no logic so far. Maybe if u start mapping it and find a concept u can make some sort of head.
