No, if you are rejected how ever, they give you back 30k tc.
When you are ready, you can PM the following application and 50,000TC to a clan mod. The current clan mods are Fish, Uric, Brey, Lightningkid, Hamr and Delaid. If your clan gets rejected, you will get a 30,000TC refund. We don't give a full refund, this means if you are going to reapply, you take some time before hand to sort your clan out.
Also, you ought to read this, it will answer most questions about clans.

Actually, I read this before I posted the one above your post.
I thought 50k will be sent back because I saw a thread made by Delaid about making a Clan. I cant remember if he mentioned that 50k will be sent back or not.
So, it means 50k is a registration fee.
