There was this one show that was so riduculously stupid (on Nickelodeon) that was called Kablam. It had a couple of different cartoons on it, but my favorite (and ironically the most retarded one) was Action Legue Now...

Like Ed, Edd & Eddy, they still show it here. But they don't show courage the cowardly dog, sadly :/ It was my favourite cartoon of all time. Of all time.
