San Andreas,
Only bad thing about it is if you use over 500 cheats then on the 3rd island you keep failing 1 misson -.-

i think san andreas is more cool than vice city
in vice city theres an swimming timer
but in andreas free swimming

i recently got san andreas on pc and i am very very pleased with it , and there is some way where you can download mods for it but im not quite sure :S

but defiantly, san andreas is much much better
