Endorphin also either though it isnt a game

Endorphin isn't a Game as such , but its a vital part of many games,
"star wars: force unleashed" for example.

But my opinion is
1: GTA4 (uses euphoria engine from endorphin thereby giving everything in the world a more 'SOLID' feel also people writhe in pain which is awsome)
2: crusty demons (ps2) (awesome brutal rag-doll motocross style game hurt yourself for points)
3: Saints Row 1 or 2 or 3(on release) (insurance fraud missions)

those are my fave games with ragdoll. but as for 'ragdoll games' there are only really a hand full of those because ragdoll was just a method for making death animations on the fly. only a few games have gone beyond that
