Well if your PC is a fairly old one try to urn down the graphics and shaders if you have them on because they can make you crash sometimes

If it's a desktop, find yourself a can of compressed air, take the cover off, and blow the dust out.

It doesn't take an expert to do that.

Don't leave the cover off.
