The top portion of the skin is really bothering me. It's way to blurry.

You should for sure switch those mini mouths over to eyes. What would probably look nice is if you did the eyes with two sets of eyelids. The extra underlying set that blinks from the sides.

They aren't serious about scrapping. It's really good. Make sure to add the background for the head to match skin tone. You can still see the template.

I don't like the scar, but I like the multitude of mouths.

Make the small mouths into like spider eyes or something and have small mouths orbiting the big one? make even some small mouths on the back of the head?
