Why not just commission some realistic textures and wear them yourself?
Or buy some already made ones.
There are people who ruin the atmosphere just by existing, you know.

Largekilla, Jisse, Swexx, FistofLife etc.

It's pretty hard finding people with realistic toris

Edit: JTank has a realistic robot set w/ joints

None of those really look "realistically human"

I still think it'd be best to commission a set to get what you want.

then he has to wait a long time to get 1 example of a realistic set which he then has to pay for and may not necessarily want.
hipower used to own a super realistic set if I remember correct, don't know if he still has it though.

Missuse's old muscle set was realistic as all hell. Full joints, every muscle in the human body, mapped perfectly. I don't know who has it now. But it's a work of art beyond any other.
